I have waited over a year to post this because I was skeptical but the long awaited review day has arrived. I just turned 45 and a year ago, was showing signs of thinning/hair loss in the very front of my hair, my temples and my crown. My hair was also so thin that a regular scrunchie would fall right out. I was self conscious and worried the rest of it would fall out so I bought this product and won't ever stop taking it! I can wear a scrunchie now and it STAYS! I take it every morning on an empty stomach and have been extremely consistent. I even take it with me on vacations. After seeing my progress, my husband started taking it and has new growth and his thinning spots are filling in.
