10/10 recommend. My hands free elvie pump was literally not pumping worth a crap. I was only using it to get by during work when I couldn't use my spectra. But ever since I switched out the connecting parts it is pumping just about as good as my spectra. I knew I needed to change out some parts but I didn't know it'd make that much a difference. I'm talking about getting a total of 5 oz a pump and after changing the connection pieces getting a total 10oz a pump.
