Easy to swallow

I have tried the Spring Valley brand, but they are impossible to swallow, not necessarily because of their size, but because all the edges are rough. Add that to the giant size of the pill, makes taking them extremely uncomfortable . This brand is in easy to swallow gel caps...big difference. You do have to take two caps to get the 1000 mg, but it's worth it.
