It is very good. At first the pivot ball it came with, broke. But once I got a replacement pivot ball from Home Depot this shower head is very impressive for the price. Trust me if you buy it, except that pivot ball to break because the plastic one it comes with (painted in steel), will break with any movement. Once you get a good pivot head it becomes high quality.
