Very good steam cleaner. Light weight and easy to use. I love that I can use it for multiple surfaces and my furniture. Good quality, the only thing I is would have different, the water reservoir is a little on the small side, so I have to refill midway doing my floor. But it's wonderful and for a very reasonable price. Would definitely recommend it.

I loved my last steam cleaner [another brand] but after several years it broke and there was not a replacement model]. After a couple of years of not having a steam cleaner for my wood floors, I did some research and bought the Steam Pet Complete. Having read the reviews before purchasing, I knew it may take a few times to see a huge difference. I used it on the entire house (re-filling the water tank as the tank on top never emptied---not sure if this is operator failure or a glitch), and was happy but not thrilled. The next night, I re-did all the floors and started seeing a difference. I also took the hand held steamer and cleaned my shower, baseboards, bathtub, and bathroom floor tiles---biggest change was the baseboards! I have only had it a week and have used each night, so much better than the "wet" pad system I used in steamers. I decided to use the carpet tool to see what it would do on the bedroom carpet, I like the results! Now I am looking to get a vacuum as my current one is on the outs.
