Very nice scooter. Easy to assemble, use, and maneuver. Smooth ride. I'm 5'6 and it's a good fit. Too heavy for me to load in my trunk by myself but I'll just be using it around the neighborhood so that's ok. If i need to take it anywhere, I'll get someone to help me load it. i highly recommend 👍

Poor customer service

I have been trying to find out how I can get the seat on this Scooter to be removed so I can adjust it to my comfort. I have gotten nothing but the runaround and wrong numbers to call from Walmart customer service. I called my extended warranty company and they gave me the runaround. I want to return it. Need someone to pick it up.

Problems problems problems

If you have any problems immediately send it back before 30 day cutoff, keep box for returns. This is a nice heavy scooter, but has never worked properly for me as I want an outside scooter this is more like a mall scooter as every little bump stops it and very shortly after battery cuts out completely. Disabled and hard to push home too heavy.
