This bra has been a great success. it has no clasp, so you pull it over your head like a sports bra. It's stretchy but if you have shoulder problems that might be tricky. I've found it quite supportive and comfortable, and have purchased another. It is fairly warm so would not be suitable for hot humid temperatures.
