After-market cartridges that leaked large amount of ink all over the carpet and desk when opened. Once installed, they worked OK but much of the ink is in the rug. Thanks for the mess. Never again!

it was delivered to my door which was fine but when I opened the box it was open and I spilled ink on my hands, clothes and carpet. it was too messy to return so I wasted time (to clean up) and money. carpet could not be cleaned. permanent big black spot.

Waste of money!

Although these cartridges are compatible in the sense that they fit they DO NOT WORK! The only color that even showed a little was the Cyan, none of the other colors printed. As soon as I installed them, my printer showed a "altered or cloned ink" message. I didn't even know this was possible but now I do and I will go back to legitimate HP ink purchased directly from HP. The additional expense is definitely worth it.
