i am 70 years old so I have to admit I am not out there playing tennis or pickle ball lol. my problem is if i touch things a little hard my skin just lets go. i decided i would try using these to protect my arms from my wrists to my elbow. they work great. they are at a price range that if you ruin one it's not a big deal. my friends picked on me at first but now i pick on them because they all bought some too. lol
