Very nice and comfy

I really like this chair, it was easy to put together (though it took almost an hour) and it's very comfy! I have almost fallen asleep in it a few times, and it also cradles me nicely in the ways that I sit (I move around a lot as I sit) Well worth the price on it, as well!

The fact that it allows you to relax in various sitting positions, and even almost fall asleep a few times, is the greatest affirmation for us. Thank you for recognizing the value of our product, and we wish you a pleasant experience using it!

Making your child happy is our greatest joy, and we're delighted to hear that you and your child appreciate the quality of this chair. We also regret the unsatisfactory delivery experience at Walmart—logistics is beyond our direct control—but we will record your feedback and communicate with our partners if necessary.Thank you again for separating your evaluation of the chair from the delivery details; this rationality and understanding deeply touches us.

We appreciate the "comfortable and easy to install" label; we're happy you're satisfied. However, seeing "only broke once" still gave us a little trepidation . Even though it only happened once, we don't want it to happen again. If the chair experiences any further issues, please contact our customer service representative immediately—we're here to support you! Enjoy using our chair!
