Perfect for beginners

I was very satisfied with this purchase as I am. I'm new to soap making. Everything right that was needed for basic soap was included. Which means no additional colorings or scents, but being new to soap making i would not have felt comfortable adding the extras. I added some dried flowers from my yard to my first Batch of soaps (4) and they it came out beautifully. this has inspired me learn more. i am looking forward to experimenting! this is perfect for a beginner!

melt and pour soap kit

The 54 ounce pitcher and little 500W burner work great. I melted only 1 bag of the soap cubes. The other bag is going to my little granddaughter's house where she can help. Essential oils and soap colors can be added. I used a light purple. Basically, you just melt and pour. You can buy other melt and pour soap bases also or make your own soap recipe. This kit comes with a good quality pair of gloves (in case of spills) and a long spoon. Always use stainless steel for your own soap recipes. An A for this kit.
