I think this will be very helpful for what I'm trying to do I had a stroke and I need to exercise so I want to do it in the pool this way I'm not hurting my joints

I thought this was a set. Pretty expensive for one piece. When doing water exercise you need two. I'm returning and did not take it out of the package.
