I gave 5 stars for the ease of purchase and the communication between Rebecca, Healer and myself was the main reason I bought this particular outdoor TV. They were very informative and helped with my choice. Also, was able to get the mounting bracket and cover with the black Friday deal. The packaging was great and I received it in the time promised. I haven't been able to use it and critique the TV at this point due to winter setting in but as soon as the weather breaks here in Pa. I will give my review of my purchase in that respect!

The TV is absolutely amazing, the product is so well protected from the elements, rain, heat and another problems that may try to damage it will really have a difficult or even a impossible time trying to damage this well built package they have enclosed this TV inside, the picture is amazingly bright and clear and the sound is great , you really don't need a sound system , overall a well built and packaged product!!
