Lightweight Water Dumbbells a great start to exer

Lightweight Dumbbells are wonderful to start for beginnersto exercise. You can push water or pull the water. You can shove them under the water hold to the count of say5 then bring them up. You can also tred water when you pot them under your arms. They are so much fun
