Arrived Broken, Dirty and Missing the Reel

I submitted for a return of the fishing rod because it arrived broken and missing its reel. The last segment of the telescoping rod was broken off from the terminal end string-guide eyelet. I could hear the last segment shifting back-and-forth loose inside the other telescoping segments of the pole Also, the bottom end of the rod was very dirty, looking cork. I might have considered trying to repair the rod, but because it did not come with a reel and it looked dirty. I did not want to keep it. On the positive side, the metal telescoping segments were an attractive electric blue, and the blue camouflage neoprene was attractive,
