When I opened the box it looked a bit smaller than I expected but it did not disappoint. I just used a neighbors much larger unit 2weeks before and after seeing the dirt it picked up I thought it would be good to get my own. I tried it out thinking there wasn't any dirt left but it found more than the neighbors larger unit did. Bigger not always better!

Amazing value - works really great

I researched a lot of steam cleaners before settling on the TurboClean Pet XL. The other reviews really are accurate - the cleaner works as advertised (which is to say very well), is easy to use and is a great value for the money. I have 5(!) pets in my house and the carpets take a beating. The TurboClean handles cleaning those carpets as well as any Rug Doctor or commercial-grade machine. Very glad I bought it.
