Corelle takes less space, stack well and are durable. When downsizing, this product works best and is not as fragile or heavy as stoneware.

Perfect! The dishes are lightweight and easy to handwash if you don't want to load the dishwasher. I was also pleased that mugs were not included in the package since I have plenty from other sets.
