Fish sauce made how it's supposed to

This is the first sauce that I properly researched. It's made of fresh American whole anchovies. Price comparable to other brands. No added chemical. No fish powder. Sweetened by stevia so no added carb. Ingredients are simple and can be pronounced (anchovies, salt, stevia). Great taste. My household previously used a different brand but has no made the switch to Son.
