I use it every time I make salmon! Wash the salmon and dry with paper towel, spread a spoonful of pesto over each piece and bake in the oven at 350 for 25 minutes.

I love pesto! I make pesto every year and this is pretty good pesto. Other pesto add spinach and other ingredients, etc. But this is simply basil, garlic, pine nuts and olive oil, that's it. I would highly recommend if you don't make your own.
