One of the most helpful supplements I have found for mood. Be sure that palmitoethanolimide is the supplement you get, as there is another one which also goes by PEA which is quite different. This one acts on cannabinoid receptors, the same ones THC acts upon, but it is non intoxicating. It inhibits an enzyme which breaks down the chemicals which make you feel peaceful and have emotional clarity. It is best taken with dietary fats, but the highly micronized formula enables you to take it with just water and without food if need be. For me this is my go to brand. It works better for me than a couple of other brands I have tried. If you have ever used THC you might recognize the effect this gives, only on a smaller scale and without the intoxication. Just peace and clarity. It is a natural substance found in eggs and has a cumulative effect, so be patient and the rewards of taking this will follow.
