Awesome Island!

I love this island! It has lots of storage space and is just the right height for me. I use this island as my ""baking station"" and as a breakfast bar. It's heavy and does not move when you lean on it. Unfortunately, there is a carved, decorative line outlining the wood top so when you wipe crumbs off the edge, they fall into this ""line"". Annoying. And the granite cutting board is way too heavy for me to lift out to rinse off. Other than that - love it!

Kitchen Island Awesome

WOW!! This island is beautiful. I struggled about it. Didn't know if it would be too small or ugly plywood. It is just perfect. Not ugly plywood. Solid piece and I can tell you it is heavy. You will need a few people to move this. I was told it was going to come in 2 boxes and I would have some assembly to do (hence thinking plywood). Got there to pick up and guess what....... ALL 1 BOX and already put together except the interchanging shelves. Yay. This is sweet!!!!
