Had a mini tramp for several years but it was past its prime so got this one which seemed close to my old one. I'm 79 yrs old, female at 115lbs and always determined I can do things myself. Read instructions and knew to be careful but saw where someone put one side under couch to snap together so carefully tried it. Be sure your couch is heavy, it did work for me! My hands have arthritis so putting on the guard was rather hard for me but I managed eventually. All set up and put disco music on and I was good to go. Since it's 114 here in Arizona I am now using this for my walking and it works for me!

I have been using this trampoline for almost a month now and I love it! It is the perfect size, not too big or too small, and I have plenty of room to jump on it without getting on the edges or falling off. It is easy to put together and to move from room to room if needed, and it doesn't take up too much space in the room. I do gentle bouncing on this trampoline and I feel it is much easier on my body than jumping and running on the ground, and it's so much more fun! I put some favorite music on and bounce and twist and jump for about 2 songs at a time and it's great exercise.
