Like eating apple pie!

I usually make Greek yogurt bowls using non fat plain yogurt, but some days I want more flavor and I always choose Light and Fit as my go-to. They're creamy and full of flavor. Apple pie has little apple pieces mixed in making it my favorite, but they're all delicious.

Wow!! A new fave!!

Im very picky, so some yogurt doesn't make the cut. When I opened this, I thought great, white yogurt. I noticed little pieces in it, and it turned out it was apple! After stirring, I did the smell test, confusing smells like apple pie. Took a small bite...wait, what? Took a bigger bite. Omg, this is delicious, and my brain was so confused. Plus number one, It is not thick like some greek yogurts. Plus number two, taste just like caramel apple pie. Plus number three, no sour aftertaste. Most yogurt leaves a sour aftertaste to me. This did not. This is the first time I did not have to mix granola to cover us texture or taste. ❤️ it!!
