Two person assembly.

Not one-person assembly. It helped to have two people to get it assembled. We had to put tension on the seat and back to get them aligned and attached. Box came with the needed tool and extra hardware. Directions were very clear. Chair tension and height adjust smoothly. Chair looks nice, just like photos.
