You can make and take calls, text messages, get your step counts in, check your sleep schedule, water intake, blood oxygen measurements, heartbeat/pulse, exercise reminders… play music, have a light also an alarm setting, and so much more... The quality is good. I got the orange one, I love the color but think for me as a woman its a little bit on the heavier side. The battery life is outstanding. Mine lasted 5 days.
