Hill's Science Diet Perfect Weight Chicken Dry Dog Food, 4lb Bag

I've been using Science Diet for all of my animals for years and I swear by it to keep them healthy and thriving, but I've been using this one particularly for the last 8 years. Palatability is excellent. She consistently eats it without any toppers or coaxing. This is a big win for a weight management formula as she was very overweight and needed to lose a few pounds. Ingredients feel thoughtfully selected with high quality chicken as the main source of protein and a balanced mix designed to support lean muscle while controlling her calorie intake. Consistency of the kibble is reliable from bag to bag in my experience. It has uniform pieces that don't crumble excessively. Digestion has been smooth over the years. She continues to have firm stools and no major stomach issues. Texture is crunchy and satisfying without being too hard. It makes it easy for her to chew and enjoy.
