The tiniest piece of garbage ever

The picture displays a much bigger display than what was delivered. What was delivered as a joke. It's a little bigger than my hand and quality is crap. The whole thing is just utter garbage. My daughter has been waiting for this for a long time to come thinking she had decorations for her front lawn and I would say a toy came in. It's placed, but it's not even good enough quality to be a toy. I am going to have two pictures at the bottom of this review. One will be what came in the mail and one will be what was advertised.
