Its a good chair...but could be better
Pros Has good support while still breathable,can easily sit for 8hrs pillow is good for resting,metal base I don't know about the casters as I have to remove them and use a set of gliders for my space Cons screws get loose quickly if you use it for 8hrs a day but is easy to retighten (add a fastener and the problem will be gone) arm rest are a little low and the mesh on them is scratchy(arm rest memory foam pads will make it a easy fix )

Assembly difficult
I have assembled half a dozen office chairs and this one was very challenging to connect the high back to the armrests as nothing lined up and it was impossible to hold the parts together with brute force while putting in the screws. Maybe 1-2 helpers would have been a good idea. Also the photos make it look like it has a padded back. It doesn't - it's mesh, which is not clear in the description. Do not buy this if you are short legged as I am over 6 feet and have it on the lowest adjustment. Cushion seems comfy and it was was of the few fabric chairs I could buy. Overall - it will do but it's not great.
