Chair arrived in just a few days and was well packed. It seems to be well constructed and materials are heavy duty. It came with a full charge. We tried it out on the long ramp where it will be used and negotiated it without a problem. Turns easily and maneuvers well.

It works pretty good off-road as long as the ground is fairly level it is definitely worth the money. It makes going out in the yard or to a park or just out shopping a lot nicer. It is 90 pounds so to load it it's a little bit of work.
