Vacuum Packer is Exactly What I Needed!

I bought a cheep vacuum packer for about $30 that lasted six months. Even when it was brand new, it never really worked well, and then it stopped working altogether. When I saw this unit on sale at Sam's Club for $20 off, I thought I would give it a try. WHAT A DIFFERENCE! I love the fact that you can make your own bags from the roll that is stored inside. It produces so much fast vacuum that really speeds up the processing of food for storage. Wellworth tge $80 i spent!

Worth it!!

Love this! It's upped my food prep game. As a single person, I've thrown out food that I wasn't able to use in time by myself. I've wanted to get more into pre-prepping foods in bulk as a time saver as well as a money saver. This was definitely the answer. Now I cook in bulk, portion and freeze using my SOUPERCUBES, then I vacuum seal and date the portions. I'm still increasing the amount of things I prep but…YES. Absolutely worth it. Suggestion to Foodsaver: please provide a roll that's narrow enough to make smaller sized portions for portioning things like tomato paste, yogurt for smoothies, etc. for people who do a lot of single serve cooking.

I bought this for a wedding present for a young couple. I bought one many years ago I found it saving me a lot of money, and had one ever since, 25 years.
