Plug and go. There were 2 other brands I've purchased from WM. Emetic worked well at first, but then quit. No power light. Someone said: May have to download new software? How the heck do you do that? Another type, that looks JUST LIKE the Emetic, didn't work, even just out of the box. Will be returning. My TV's are great- I don't want a smart tv.
