I love this oven! It's sleek, stylish and cooks great. It's taking time to actually learn the conversions from Fahrenheit to Celsius and figuring out all the different cooking methods but my kitchen no longer turns into an inferno while I'm baking. Love it! Oh, they need to send a cook book with it for those of us that are first timers using convection
