Just what we needed at the time !!

A family member was recently in an accident. I ordered this heating pad for the second or third day after the accident first and second day was strictly ice. The third day the heating pad was needed and definitely used for the aches and pains in my back, it helped relax those aching muscle.

I gave this heating pad a 4/5 stars because I do believe it is decent quality for the price you pay but there were a couple things I'd change. This pad is marketed for back/ neck pain but it is very hard to keep the pad aligned with those areas. It does heat nicely and has a very ease of use button/ plug in but I just wish I could model it toward my body shape better. Automatic shut off is a great feature and the length of the pad was nice as well!
