I'm very particular about my yogurt I don't like it runny and I don't like it mushy I like some texture to it and I don't like it being full of sugar especially that. this gives me a full texture low sugar high protein yogurt perfect and it tastes great not sweet and not too tart it's perfect Don't change the recipe

Best high protein yogurt I have found yet! Eat it everyday with raspberries or blueberries. I love the 4 package box because each package is the exact amount I want plus the packages are in a box not rolling a round in your refrigerator. The cost is very close to buying single packages. Love love this high protein vanilla yogurt!

Love the Ratio brand yogurt because of the high protein content of a whopping 25 grams! That's almost a quarter of your daily intake. It's a smooth, creamy texture that has a rich taste. I sprinkle in granola and blueberries for an extra boost and it's delicious. It's a bit more expensive than other yogurt brands but makes up for it with the extra grams of protein. Would recommend highly!
