I have used plenty of wrap slings being a nanny for many years. I love that this is adjustable and has the extra support band for baby. The directions were a bit complicated but just look at the photos to figure it out. I received a M, which I didn't even know it was sized. Lovely gift for a baby shower

I didn't open this baby wrap carrier yet because it was a gift for my sister as she is having a baby. Either way, what's not to love about it. It is made from organic cotton that is soft of our babies skin. It stretches nicely. It has an adjustable sling to help the mom adjust it as she like and this is a big plus.
