This belt has given me pain relief and allowed me to sleep many nights. The heat and pulse settings are perfect for my sciatica and severe lower back pain and tension. It's been a life saver. It's also portable and can travel with me for sitting on bleachers or standing for long periods of time.

This is the absolute best massager ever!! My job requires lifting and by the end of the day my back is needing relief. The heat and vibration of this belt melts away the pain. Recommend 100%.

Nice heat, ok massage

The velcro on this is amazing-i cam hardly get it off lol. I like the different lighting showing when its fully charged and it does last a good amount od time, probably 4 cycles of 15-30 minutes before needing recharged. The heat is great, the massage is ok, not as amazing as I would have liked from something this expensive. It doesnt fit an hourglass figure real well-would do better on man or someone without a smaller waist as it keeps riding up on me (I try to use it on my SI area)
