I do not have the dates right at hand, but the history is this. 1. I ordered the bar 2. It arrived in a strange package... no box, no name, no instructions. I was just as a friend might have sent it to me. It was not appear to be done by a business. 3. The bar would not stay attached to my shower wall even after repeated attempts. 4. I sent you a message and you had another bar sent. 5. Same strange packaging, but the replacement arrived. 6. Same result... would not stay attached. 7. Had a male friend try to install the bar. 8. Even with more strength than I, the bar fell off before he had even left the bathroom. 9. Please credit my account. 10. I will purchase a bar from some other source. 11. Thank you.
