The pillow came vacuum sealed then expanded fast and bigger than I expected. The pillow is so soft, it's really easy to add or take away stuffing for more comfort, it does hug you. It has helped me get out of bed, but has also trapped me. Depending on how you're laying, I suggest the smaller side towards the edge of the bed so going to pee in the middle of the night is easier. I'ma use this pillow forever now, it's so comfortable. Especially being a side sleeper.

I bought this U-Shaped full body pillow for my 15-year-old, 6-foot, 260 pound son. He was complaining about his neck and back hurting, because his head pillows flattened out overtime. I didn't realize he was supporting his head by using his arms to go to sleep. He originally requested a body pillow, but after looking around I thought this would be a better option. I was right!
