For every item, she knew how to use them. The doctors bag is a heavy canvas type. It snaps securely shut. She gave me a shot in the arm with the syringe, then put the rubber band-aid on. She checked my temperature, checked my blood pressure with the cuff. She put the stethoscope on to check my heart rate. She checked my reflexes. She told me to open my mouth so she could look in it with the little mirror. She used the scope to look in my ears. She said everything looked great. For less than $12 my granddaughter felt like a real grown-up doctor. Great purchase.
