Tastes quite similar to real MD, not diet MD. As close as you are going to get to the real thing. Way better than Diet Mountain Dew, which I drank for years and immediately quit buying unless the MD Zero Sugar is out of stock.

This is a real good drink and works well too use as a mixer. Although it taste good, there is a little bit too much carbonation for my taste. But then again it doesn't have any calories so I'm glad for that.
