Frustrated Customer

I actually received this case early and that is definitely a good thing. BUT there are NO instructions on how to take the case apart to put my A15-5G in it. AND I can't figured out how to get it apart without possibly breaking it!! I have sent 3 emails requesting instructions but have not received a reply to any of them. There is not a website on the package anywhere. I live on a fixed income and feel ripped off.
