I have a Nissan Murano and apparently I bought it too large for my car, but I love it! It slides over perfectly and provides complete protection. I love that it sturdy and not just some silver / aluminum / plastic-type like I mistakenly bought before. That thing snagged on the antenna and ripped right down the middle. This car cover does the job and you don't have to tie straps around the tire rim. It has two long straps that clasp together and then you can draw the strap to tighten it just like a belt. One for the front, one for the back. This is great on windy days because if you don't use it then, the wind will get under there and blow it off. My car has an unknown leak that has never been resolved in 6 years, so the carpet soaks up water from underneath somehow whenever it rains. Nothing has helped so I keep it covered during rainy days. But I love it also not just to protect my car from rain but also in the winter. It is awesome to pull it off in the morning, shake it off, and fold into the trunk. Then drive away in a perfectly clean car while everyone else is scraping ice off the windshields. If you can't park in the garage or under a carport, I definitely recommend investing in one. It will last about two years if you use it every day like I do. Maybe much longer if you use it occasionally.

I like the color and ease of installation. Easy on. My car sits in the garage so I can't say about water proofing. But it has a felt linning that touches the car under neath.
