Kids had a blast with these. Honestly best brand I have seen. I have bought several but this one if you get tired of trying drop in it some water and it will slowly soften up. Most of them contain between 3-7 pieces. We bought gem boxes for them kids love to do this activity.

We love these!

Kids (10, 7, and 3) all love these excavation eggs! The kids can do them all by themselves and are always excited to find out what's inside. We had accumulated quite the collection of dinosaurs, fossils, and gems!
