By far the warmest jacket I've ever owned! And I've had The North Face, Eddie Bauer and Columbia... I bought it because it was on clearance and was so impressed i bought all the colors they had in my size and bought my son one! It is truly wind resistant, haven't had the chance to test out the water resistance but its definitely very warm and very comfortable!
