This is a pleasure to have. I have been using it every day. It help me to relax and rest. Before I bought it I was in pain all the time. Now I can sit, walk and lay down and rest. I am still in pain but it takes the edge off. The one thing I enjoy about is the 10 motor vibrating massage for when I can barely move I can lay down on it relives the tension in my muscles. I have recommend this item to my friends and family.
