my mom is a Walmart employee so we ship at Walmart often. this was my Xmas present and I was so excited to use it, I couldn't wait for Xmas! it's so easy to put together and use within minutes!! and it cleans very well! I can use it on my hardwood floors, my kitchen glass like tile and my rugs without switching out any hardware or anything, just the click of a button! and the fact it runs a 2 minute self cleaning cycle after every use (or when I want to) is such a relief knowing it's clean and ready for next use! definitely won't replace my spin mop all together but it's great for messes and touch ups!

Gets those floors clean!

If you used a swiffer wetjet, this would replace it. I thought my floors were clean(-ish) but I did not expect the water to be that dirty. It scrubs the floor and doesn't require half as much as the wetjet. It's easy to take apart and clean, dry over night. The only thing that would be better is if it got closer to the wall and if it was a steam mop. For some reason I thought it was and was sad when I realized it was not. I'm still happy with it and will use it regularly! It will leak, what I assume is, dirty water if left sitting in one place. Not a lot but had to clean it up before moving on.

Loose 4” screw drops into the roller compartment

I love the ease of sweeping and mopping at the same time. And the self cleaning roller. Only complaint was in the packaging. There was a loose 4” screw inside the vacuum. The vac was making an odd noise and and leaving lines on my floor. When I opened the roller compartment, the screw was lying on the roller. I called Shark CS and they assured me there are no 4” screws used in the assembly of the vac. They said it must have dropped in while being packaged at Walmart.
