I had bought a very pricey machine that did not work the very first time I tried to use it. Third world country customer service. Sent it back to Amazon and bought this machine. It works perfectly every time and my floors are so clean. I have three cats and trust me, they can make a mess but its no match for my Shark!!!! 10 out of 10 would purchase and recommend!!!!
