Far more versatile than an instant pot. Quickly comes to pressure when using pressure cooker setting. This type of kitchen appliance is somewhat bulky and a bit heavy....it has to be. It easily replaces several appliances and is worthy of a permanent spot on the counter where it will be easily accessed and frequently used.

I've had my foodi a little more than a month, and absolutely love it! I use it almost everyday. Because of my culture, I use the pressure cooker at least 3 times week. I am so happy that I don't have to watch it when it comes to pressure. I just set the time to cook, and it beeps when the minutes are up. Also, versus my regular pressure cooker, the foodi cooks whatever I put in it, in half the time! And the Steam fryer is amazing. It keeps the food tender inside, and the outside fried. Not to mention the baking feature. I baked corn bread, and it was delicious. Next up is pound cake.
