Gotrax F1V2 20" Adult Folding Electric Bike, 50 Mile&20mph, 48V 10.4Ah, Compact & Portable, Green

Great bike and awesome customer service. Purchased 2 bikes. When unpacking, both bikes has deep indentations in the same place on the seat due to the way they were packaged, one of them tore through the vinyl of the seat. I emailed customer service showing them pictures of both seats and requested a new seat for the one bike that had a torn seat. Not 15 minutes later, I received a reply with tracking information for the shipping of the seat. When I got the box 2 days later, they replaced both seats. You can't ask for better service than that, Love the bike, and Gotrax.

Comfortable and easy to ride. The bike feels stable, and the brakes work well, which makes riding feel safe. The front light and clear display are helpful, especially in the evening. The folding design is convenient for storage, and pedal assist makes rides smoother and less tiring. Overall, a simple, reliable electric bike for everyday use.
