This warranty covers any physical defects to the Regis Water Bottle with the exceptions of fading or discoloration caused by customer misuse, exposure to sunlight or chemicals. This warranty runs for 1 year from the date your water bottle was purchased and delivered. Regis will either replace your Regis Water Bottle with new bottle of similar composition and price, or refund the purchase price of your water bottle (less logistics), whichever you prefer.
