If you need help deciding whether or not to buy it, then buy it! I bought this for my niece who is almost 5 years old. She hasn't used it yet, but I tested it in her car seat and it works great.It has a couple places to store markers, crayons and pencils and an extra cup holder. You could even buy it for yourself if you're a passenger princeprincess on a long car ride and need a place to eat without making a mess, or read and color. The shoulder sling can also be used as a car seatbelt, which is sturdy and durable.
